Komparace produktů pojištění nemovitosti a výběr optimálního produktu

Abstract

Main goal of this thesis is comparison of the grounding insurance products and selection of optimal product. This thesis contain five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction and the last is conclusion. The second chapter contain description of the basic terms, methods of multi criteria analysis, methods of determining the weights of criteria and methods of rating alternates. The third chapter analyses the Czech insurance market. Includes description of all insurance products offered by 14 insurance companies. In the last chapter is used Saaty method and Fuller triangle to determine the weights of the criteria and final evaluation of alternatives methods are used analytic hierarchy process and weighted sum approach and it chosen the best insurance product.
