Aplikace modelu excelence ve vybraném orgánu státní správy

Abstract

In the theoretical part, this diploma thesis deals with the characteristics of suitable models of excellence for state and public administration bodies. It describes in detail the new EFQM Model (2019) and the CAF Common assessment framework (2020). The following is a comparison of these EFQM and CAF models with the original version of the EFQM model (2013). The practical part presents a selected organization of state administration, evaluates the current state of compliance with the criteria of excellence using the methodology "pro forma" in combination with a guided interview. "Pro forma" forms were designed for all criteria of the EFQM Model, followed by data collection. The results of individual criteria were transferred to the created cards of the evaluation tool EFQM for diagnostics RADAR with subsequent quantification. Areas with weaknesses and opportunities for improvement were identified in the organization. The organization also received a numerical statement of its performance and a starting point from which it can measure further progress to compare the results of future self-assessments, which is then an integral part of the evaluation of the proposal.
