Daňová problematika a její řešení v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Daňová problematika a její řešení v průmyslovém podniku“ se zabývá zkoumáním optimálního řešení daňové problematiky v oblasti odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část je věnována pojmu daňový systém, funkce daní, daňový systém České republiky a členění benefitů. V praktické části se věnuji využití daňových benefitů v konkrétním podniku. Cílem práce je tedy analyzovat využití daňových benefitů za účelem snížení mzdových nákladů podniku.

The thesis „ Tax Problems and Solutions in the Industrial Enterprise“ examines the optimal solution of the tax problems in the field of remuneration and motivation of the employees. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of the taxation system, the function of tax, taxation system of the Czech Republic and the structure of benefits. In the practical part of the thesis, I focus on using tax-free tax benefit in the particular company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze using tax-free benefits in order to reduce payroll load of the company.
