Konkurz jako způsob řešení úpadku v insolvenčním řízení

Abstract

In this diploma thesis I deal with issue of bankruptcy and insolvency which is regulated by Act no. 182/2006 on bankruptcy and its solution. The aim of this study is to examine whether the requirements of bankruptcy are fulfilled and critically evaluate the situation in practical cases. The whole topic is divided into theoretical and practical part where I deal with four practical examples altogether. Requirements of bankruptcy have been met in two cases and in two cases the opposite is true. As for the last case, it has not been decided yet, so I deal with two possible ways this case can be proceeded.
