Abstract

This thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation of building a family house, designed for a family of 4 members, design of internal water conduit system and re-use of rainwater. The building consists of ground floor, residential loft and gabled roof. The project is divided into two parts: Construction part and technical equipment (sanitary part). The aim of this thesis was to design, according to the relevant standards, functional system of internal water conduit is heating by solar collectors with bivalent energy source and rainwater piping network for re-use to a flushing and garden watering.
