Abstract

The main objective of the thesis is to prepare a business plan for limited company (inc.), which would be possible to apply in real enviroment, and to analyze the surroundings of the company. The theoretical part of the study consists of definitions of basic concepts, description of the procedure of setting up limited company and provides summary of advantages of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the analytical part, there is detailed description of procedure of setting up limited company Ch&D Investment and its business plan with respect to general valid principles. In the same section is performed analysis according to SWOT, PEST, Porter and competition and customers. Then is performed detailed financial analysis of the company.
