Abstract
This diploma thesis analyzes the warehouse management and organization of the new warehouse management.The first part deals with theoretical definitions focusing on logistics, inventory and warehouse. Further charakteristics methods of analysis for warehouse management. The second part evaluates the current state of warehouse management company, as well as an analysis of stocks and the proposed new layout warehouse. The conclusion evaluates the proposed solution.
