Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is to develop a technological process for the implementation of horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures of the house.The bearing parts of the building are made in the system Novatop. In this context, it is a massive laminated wood panels for the construction of wooden houses.Load-bearing wall panels are 84 mm thick and partition panels thickness of 62 mm.Ceiling construction is made up of ceiling panels with a thickness of 240 mm. Part of this thesis is also a schedule, budgets, building envelope assessment and design part that consists of documentation for building permission and construction execution.
