Návrh polyfunkčního domu v Holešově

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is drawing up the design of a polyfunctional building in Holešov located on the site of old constructions that are not used currently. The proposal of the polyfunctional building compound is situated at the place of the present-day building object which provides shopping and service facilities. The task of my thesis is to propose a housing development of the area with a public building object effectively and technically appropriate regarding the facilities of similar purpose in close surroundings. The design also includes a complex solution of new technology urban infrastructure as for parking and servise possibilities. The thesis is made out in two variants, each of them dealing with the disposition layout of the building object differently. I have chosen one of these two for more detailed drawing up including the assessment of anticipated expense on both the old building´s demolition itself and the construction of the new building object.
