Abstract

The subject of bachelor thesis was to design a nursing home in Spa Bohdanec and resolve issues associated with designing the connecting utilities, parking, editing environment, waste management and street furniture. By gathering evidence about the needs of the area has been analyzed the current state of the area. The bachelor thesis is developed in a range of architectural and urban studies, the text and tracing part are respecting the basic requirements of decree n.503/2006. the content and scope of the application dossier for a decision on the location of buildings. My aim was primarily to combine efficiency, functionality and esthetics.
