Alternativní formy financování průmyslové výroby

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je charakteristika vybraných alternativních forem financování průmyslové výroby. V první části je definován samotný význam vzniku alternativních forem financování a stručný popis jejich významu. V další části následuje charakterizace jednotlivých metod, jejich členění a druhy, průběhy, smlouvy, výhody a nevýhody. V závěrečné části je celkové zhodnocení situace vybraných forem na tuzemských trzích, kde se na základě aktuálních dat bude určen jejich trend do budoucna.

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to characterize selected alternative forms of financing in industrial production. In the first part of the thesis the reasons for establishment of these alternative forms are defined and described. In the next part of the thesis the alternative forms of financing are characterized including detailed assessment of their subforms, recent developments and their key advantages and disadvantages. In the final part of this thesis an overall assessment and evaluation of the alternative forms of financing in the Czech Republic is conducted. This comprehensive evaluation also includes a forecast and prediction of their future development.
