Rozbor hodnocení dodavatelů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of evaluation and selection of suppliers. The theoretical part describes purchasing activity, purchasing goals, its risks, influencing factors and inventory creation. It also shows the importance and rules of communication between the supplier and the customer as well as the significance of the supplier – customer relations. There are explained methods used for the selection of suppliers. The practical part describes the supplier evaluation system at company XY where the bachelor´s thesis was processed.
