This thesis investigates security situation in the western area of the Hlučín Region under administration of Association of Municipalities of the Hlučín Region. The method for determination of the risk in this area is based on collected and processed data. According to the result coming from the applied method, the proposed actions and rationales are concluded. The aim of the thesis to formulate a study of the security situation in the western part of the Hlučín Region.
