Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to propose the implementation of the BSC method to the manufacturing company, which is engaged in manufacturing glass door systems freezers and refrigerated display cases. To evaluate the company's performance using the BSC method are used different perspectives. Within the financial perspective is realized financial analysis. The perspective of learning and growth is evaluated by using the method of the survey. Within the customer perspective is implemented customer satisfaction survey. In the perspective of internal processes is developed value chain of the company. Based on information are suggested strategic goals, selected scales these goals and created strategic map. Companies are suggested and recommended strategic actions that should lead to the achievement of strategic objectives. Enterprise-wide expansion of the BSC method is designed in the company from top to bottom. It is also inplemented the introduction of the BSC method in the enterprise information system.
