Motivace zaměstnanců firmy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of employees working for the MIRABEL lexart corp. The first part of the thesis is concentrated on theoretical basis of motivation. I describe motivation as an important element of the company management, its relationship to performance, and I briefly mention some of the motivational theories. Practical part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey targeted at the company employees. I analyze the results, process them into tables and graphs and try to interpret them. Employees positively rated especially labour organization and team relationships, negatively rated the communication with superiors. Then I put some suggestions and recommendations to help the company improve the employee motivation and make their work more effective. I think that was the purpose of this thesis.
