Analýza možností aplikace metodiky Six Sigma na vybraném projektu

Abstract

As a theme for my bachelor thesis I opted for Application of Six Sigma method while problem solving. This topic is from my working environment. I employed this method to solve a long-lasting problem. The thesis is divided into two parts. Both theoretical basics and principles of Six Sigma are described in the first part. These are definitions, particular roles and methodology of Six Sigma. Also, the description of individual phases of basic DMAIC methodology is included there. In addition, there is a short introduction of employed tools, which I subsequently used in the practical part to deal with given problem. Practical application of described tools is included in the second part. Individual results of the analysis are introduced in the conclusion of my bachelor thesis.
