Abstract

SUMMARY The main aim of every organization is especially to secure the most suitable working potential. The reason consists in a fact that success or efficiency of an organization depends mostly on this potential. Recruitment of employees directly follows selection of employees. We regard recruitment as the main decissive process. Its main goal is to evaluate applicants which is based on necessary and available information and, finally, to choose the most suitable candidate. In other words, the keystone of selection and recruitment of employees is to gain right people at the right time and in the right place. That is the reason why I have decided to deal with the sphere of the mentioned selection and recruitment in a chosen organization. In the theoretical part, I pay my attention to the fundamentals and meaning of recruitment of employess, the process of recruitment itself, its methods, but also selection, the process of the whole and particular methods. In the analytical part, I describe the whole system of recruitment and selection of employees in the company Tieto. The content of my questionnaire is centred on investigation of employees‘ satisfaction with total process of job interview. Following results of analysis of satisfaction of employees with the job interview I have found out several negatives to which I have tried to prepare potential solutions. These solutions could help the organization to improve its policy in several phases of interviewing process.
