Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on Employee motivation in a foundry. The main objective of this thesis is to find out, what motivates the employee in this company and how they evaluate their present state. For this research was used the written questioning. At the begining of the theoretic chapter are described the basic terms connected with motivation, some theories of motivation and the relationship between motivation and performance. The next part of this chapter is motivation programme and methods of collecting information. In the application part is described the company and the motivating factors, that are in this organization used. The next is analysis of the results and at the end of this thesis are some recommendations for company and the summary.
