Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis inventory of the client company PST CLC a.s. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of theoretical concepts and methods used for understanding the problems of inventory management system, the second part focuses on the characteristics of the above mentioned company and the third section provides a practical solution to the issue, with the last part of the thesis are also suggestions and recommendations resulting from the analyzes.
