Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the structural design of two-storey house in the details of design for MEP. The subject of solution will be detached family house in at least low-energy standard, without connection to networks of technical infrastructure, except the connection to the LV. For an object was processed energetical design including thermal assessment of technical requirements and building Energy Performance Certificate. Because of energetical reasons, was as a source for hot water heating and heating D.H.W. selected a heat pump. Based on the parameters of the heat pump, the hot water heating was carried out. For the purpose of the house was performed a design of internal water supply, including supply of drinking well water. Sewage water will be tempted to domestic wastewater treatment plant and discharged into the recipient. Rain wastewater will be captured and accumulated for future use as potable water. For these needs, a proposal was made separate piping hot water. For the proposed solution was treated economic evaluation.
