Predmetom diplomovej práce je vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie v stupni realizácie stavby Domova sociálnych služieb podľa Vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb v znení novely č. 405/2017 Sb. [1]. Jedná sa o trojpodlažný, nepodpivničený objekt s plochou vegetačnou strechou. V navrhovanom objekte sa nachádzajú ubytovacie jednotky s vlastným sociálnym zázemím, stravovacie zariadenie, priestory pre prácu a rehabilitácie s klientami, zázemia pre zamestnancov, technické a skladovacie priestory potrebné k fungovaniu sociálneho zariadenia. Súčasťou diplomovej práce je tepelne technické posúdenie obvodových konštrukcií, energetický štítok obálky budovy, statický výpočet zvoleného konštrukčného prvku a požiarne bezpečnostné riešenie.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the stage of realization of the building of the Social Services Home according to Decree no. 499/2006 [1] Coll. It is a three-storey, basement building with a flat vegetation roof. In the proposed building there are accommodation units with their own sanitary facilities, catering facilities, premises for work and rehabilitation with clients, facilities for employees, technical and storage premises necessary for the functioning of the sanitary facility. The diploma thesis includes the thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, the energy label of the building envelope, the static calculation of the selected structural element and the fire safety solution.
