Abstract

The task of this thesis was a design the new showroom furniture – multifunctional buildings on the territory of the city of Ostrava Hrušov. Hrušov is declared a social brownfieldu because of the depopulation of the population. The aim was to create an object that fits into the landscape, and underlines the industrial environment. Showroom in the brownfieldu creates a new jobs and give the territory a new filling. Thanks to its position, the showroom of furniture furniture industry is an important point in the Moravian-Silesian region. Maximum emphasis was given on selecting natural materials , simplicity , clarity and compactness. The first part deals with the architectural study of bulding , the second part focuses on building constructions and in the third section are solving the problematic construction details of the object . Great emphasis was placed on simplicity and effectiveness of construction, also was the emphasis on high-quality and long-lasting materials. The first part deals with the architectural studies, construction, the second part is devoted to ground engineering and the third part are dealt with problematic structural details of the object.
