Návrh strategie a její implementace ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of my master thesis covered by topic "Strategy Proposal and Implementation in a Selected Organization" was to assess an activity of BATEX style by help of SWOT Analysis, PESTE Analysis and Porter's five forces model and Product Analysis and then propose appropriate strategy and implementation. Also included is a prognosis of evelopment of the sector and strategy proposal for leading BATEX style in the right direction. The master thesis is divided to two parts. The first part is about theoretical resources, the second - practical part applies theoretical knowledge and is completed by the knowledge of processes and own individual context of the company. Theoretical part includes definitions of the terminology of master thesis which are company vision, mission and objectives, strategies, and its hierarchical structure.It's proached importance of strategic thinking, decision making, planning and emphasizing the time horizon as an integral part of the consideration in formulating the strategic plan. There's clarified the process of strategic management and the individual components, such as strategic analysis and various methods of analyzing: PEST analysis; SWOT analysis; Porter's five forces analysis; BCG Matrix. Building on strategic management, there is mentioned strategy formulation, defining the various options and subsequent selection of appropriate alternatives and other important factors in selection of the strategy. Followed by the actual selection and implementation of strategies, steps and principles of implementation of various strategic actions in business. Finally is mentioned strategic change management and control of implemented strategies. In the second - practical part we will learn about the history of the company, business activities, suppliers, customers, used materials, location, human resources and level of promotion. Further analysis has devoted itself by using the above-mentioned methods and analysis of the company's products. According to the available resources has been made branch prognosis and the proposed strategy for further development is based on results of the current situation, analyzes and prognosis. The proposed strategy is defined for the level of corporate strategy and business strategy. Draft recommendation was made to implement the proposed strategy in these levels with respect to the financial possibilities and feasibility of real change. An integral part is the part of annex, which illustrate the issues described in the thesis.
