Zhodnotienie systému adaptácia zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the adaptation system within a selected organization. The objective of this thesis is to analyze how effectively the organization manages the process of adapting new employees to the work environment and culture of the organization. The methods used in the research include questionnaires, interviews, and observations to gather the necessary information about the adaptation process in the organization. The results revealed shortcomings in this process, based on which improvements and extensions were proposed for the adaptation process in the organization.
