Technologický postup sanace stávajícího objektu

Abstract

V rámci této bakalářské práce zpracovávám technologický postup sanace stávajícího objektu. Téma technologický postup sanace stávajícího objektu jsem si vybrala, protože stávajícím objektem je rodinný dům ve vlastnictví mých rodičů, který se nachází na území ovlivněném vlivy důlní činností. Objekt je značně poškozen trhlinami a deformacemi v klenbách a je tedy velká pravděpodobnost, že příčinou těchto poruch jsou právě vlivy důlní činností. Z tohoto důvodu rodiče vymáhají náhradu za škody způsobené těmito vlivy. Mohu tedy pracovat na reálné situaci, která zahrnuje jak zpracování podkladů k objektu (např. projektovou dokumentaci), tak komunikaci se znalci, statiky, stavebními firmami apod. Pro tyto účely bylo nutno zpracovat kompletní pasportizaci objektu. Pasportizace v tomto případě zahrnuje projektovou dokumentaci objektu (výkresovou část a technické zprávy pro skutečné provedení stavby) a stavebně technologický posudek, ve kterém byly stanoveny příčiny poruch, a následně byl stanoven návrh na zajištění objektu. Na závěr byl zpracován samotný technologický postup sanace pruských kleneb, který vychází z patentovaného vynálezu CZ 306367 B6.

I am working on a technological process of reconstruction of the existing building in my bachelor´s work. I chose the topic of a technological process of reconstruction of the existing building, because the existing building is a family house in ownership of my parents, which is located at an area with influences of a mining activity. The building is greatly damaged by cracks and deformations in arches. The likelihood is that the cause of these damages is an influence of the mining activity. For this reason, my parents are demanding a compensation for damages caused by the mining activity. I can work on a real situation, which includes processing data of the building (project´s documentation) as well as communication with experts, structural engineers, building companies etc. For these purposes it was necessary to process a complete passportisation of the building. In this case, the passportisation includes project´s documentation of the building (a part of drawing and technical reports used during the real construction of the building) and a construction-technological opinion. In the construction-technological opinion, there were determined causes of the damages and after that a proposal for securing the building was set. At the end, a technological process of reconstruction of the Prussian arches was defined based on CZ 306367 B6.
