Role železniční dopravy v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli železniční dopravy v cestovním ruchu. Práce se dělí na čtyři části. První část obsahuje informace o charakteristice železniční dopravy, historický vývoj a známé historické a současné železniční tratě. V další části práce jsou uvedeny výhody a nevýhody, které tento druh dopravy přináší a srovnání s ostatními druhy dopravy. Poté se práce zaměřuje na materiálně-technickou stránku a služby železniční dopravy. Čtvrtá část práce pojednává o srovnání využití železniční dopravy určené pro cestovní ruch v České republice a na Slovensku a zároveň je v ní zahrnuto dotazníkové šetření, které slouží k vyhodnocení míst, která jsou turisticky oblíbená a navštěvovaná díky železniční dopravě.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the role of rail transport in tourism. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains information on the characteristics of the railway transport, the historical development and well-known historical and current railway lines. In the next part, the advantages and disadvantages of this mode of transport and the comparison with other modes of transport are presented. Thereafter, the thesis focuses on the material and technical aspects and services of railway transport. The fourth part of the thesis compares the use of railway transport intended for tourism in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and it also includes a questionnaire survey, which serves to evaluate the places that are popular and visited by tourists because of the rail transport.
