Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop the project documentation of an apartment building with a combination of standard and barrier-free apartments in the stage for the implementation of the construction. This project documentation has been developed in accordance with the attached study and includes both text and drawings. The drawings section includes a site plan, excavation plan, foundation, floor and ceiling plans of all floors and ceilings, longitudinal and transverse sections through the building, views from all cardinal points, roofing, steel elevator shaft structure, and selected building construction detail. The work also includes a thermal engineering assessment of the foundations, envelope and roof. Last but not least, a structural calculation of the reinforced concrete ceiling above the 1st floor is made. The whole work is prepared in accordance with the Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended by the amendment No.62/2013 Coll. on documentation of buildings [1].
