Spolehlivost člověka v systému BOZP při výkonu pracovní činnosti

Abstract

The thesis outlines the problems that the industry must deal with regard to the assessment of human factors at work. The thesis gives a description of human behavior in relation to the performance and the related emergence of cognitive errors. There are also lists possible approaches and tools enhancing human reliability in industrial organization. Attention is paid to the frequency of occupational accidents caused by human factor for the period 2001 - 2010 in the CR and the selected company and description of possible tools for employee participation in OSH. Finally a description of the integrated method HTA PHEA-1.0 and its implementation to assess the reliability of cognitive human factors in an industrial enterprise, namely to work emptying boxes of chips using a crane.
