Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the Production Preparation of an Apartment Building. The designed apartment building is partially with a cellar, there are three above-ground floors with the total capacity of six housing units. The entire building is going to be constituted by the YTONG system. It is located in the housing development of Zlín cadastral. The subject matter of this thesis is the devising of project documentation of the building, technological regulation of the masonry process, the project of building site adjustment for the groundwork including the draft of engineering mechanisms. There is also incorporated an itemized budget of construction works and the time schedule in the form of a line schedule.
