Abstract

Marketing mix is vast thing and therefore I describe only a specific part, which I can use in my thesis, for the best description of communication mix analysis. I will deal with this problematic topic so that I can improve the company’s communication with customers. I describe firm, with which I cooperate, in my thesis and I have all information for analysis from this company. I will describe theoretical part of communication mix with chosen literature in the third part. In the last part, I will apply learned facts of communication mix and I will try to advise the company what to improve in order to be able to develop and enhance possible customer contacts in the forthcoming season.
