Abstract

The bachelor thesis is composed of five parts, namely an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. They are also embedded attachments. In the first chapter is a theory that applies to solving problems of technical services. Defines important terms that define the Green Paper on services of general interest. The second chapter is focused on Technical services Karvina a.s., which are composed of four plants. These include the waste, maintenance, green and transportation. It analyzes the activities of these establishments and economic activities of the company. The last chapter discusses the issue of subsidies, privatization and a summary of activities of Technical services Karvina, a.s. The aim is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of privatization of technical services.
