Měření a vyhodnocení veřejného osvětlení

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of measurement and evaluation of public lighting. The theoretical part deals with the origin of light and its physical properties. It also deals with basic lighting technical quantities in the field of lighting technology. The basic most used light sources for the PL, basic parameters and the construction of luminaires are described here. Normative requirements for lighting systems are described here, such as the selection of lighting classes based on road traffic, lighting class requirements and measurement methods. The practical part works with the measurement of lighting data on the VŠB-TUO polygon, in order to determine the response of the camera system to individually changing brightness.
