Abstract

The thesis is dealing with use od vibroacoustic method in metallurgy. In the first part is devoted to characteristic of basic values which are an integral part in vibroacoustic measurements, a vibration signal and a fast Fourier transform. The second part contains a literary analysis on vibro-acoustic measurement equipment used in metallurgy. The first two pages include a brief classification of secondary metallurgy and the general principle of the ladle furnace. The majority are articles dealing with the application and development of the monitoring devices, improving efficiency and stirring using vibration technology during the processing of steel. It also includes the study of various types of methods for detecting slag, such as for example electromagnetic slag detection, using a coil arranged around the shield tube as a sensor or a vibration method by which were proven to create a range of vibration in connection with the flow of steel. In the final section summary of literary knowledge and conclusions was made.
