Abstract

The thesis is concerning with the evaluation of the benefits of establishing automatized expedition lines at the stores of the company. In the practical part is explained description of the operational activities, description of lines, processes of delivering from warehouse and controlling of packaging which is the main benefit of innovative process of the establishing of the automatized lines. The analytical part is focused on the analysis of data records focusing on productivity of labour, sales and delivering from warehouse activities. At the end the evaluation of the benefits is done from the view of the establishing of the automatized expedition line and also spends investments and occurring savings of cost on expedition process and thus recommends the introduction of these lines to another company's stock.
