Management rizik ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá managementem rizik vybraného průmyslového podniku. Cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat rizika vznikající při procesu mokré úpravy kameniva a následně navrhnout opatření vedoucí k eliminaci těchto rizik. Celá práce se skládá ze čtyř základních částí. První z nich pojednává o teoretických východiscích a metodách, které se používají pro zjištění těchto rizik. Druhá část se týká firmy a popisu konkrétního kamenolomu. Třetí část práce je praktická a rozebírá jednotlivé použité metody aplikované na daný podnik. Mezi tyto metody patří Ishikawův diagram, FMEA a Paretův diagram s Lorentzovou křivkou. Poslední část se týká návrhů opatření vedoucích k eliminaci zjištěných rizik.

This thesis deals with management of risks in selected industrial company. The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the risks arising during the process of wet treatment of aggregates and subsequently propose measures leading to the elimination of these risks. Work can be devided into four basic parts, the first part deals with the theoretical background and methods used to identify these risks. The second part is about the company and desription of a certain quarry. The third part focuses on the practical part of the work, which consists of the various applied methods into the company. Such methods include, for example, The Ishikawa diagram, The FMEA and The Pareto diagram with The Lorentz curve. The last part suggests measures to eliminate identified risks.
