Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits and their impact on work motivation and decision-making of the younger generation when choosing an employer. The main objective of the thesis is to identify which benefits are considered the most attractive by Generation Z and to determine the role they play in the choice of future employment and employee loyalty. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the field of human resource management, employee motivation, the remuneration system, and the characteristics of employee benefits. The practical part is devoted to the analysis and interpretation of data obtained through a questionnaire survey. The conclusion presents suggestions and recommendations that may serve as a basis for employers when designing compensation and benefits systems aimed at increasing job attractiveness and employer awareness among the younger generation.
