Abstract
The aim of my work was analysis of sale in a wood-working business. The sales analysis was to determine the actual sales volume, and track the individual customers. The basis for the allocation of customers to domestic and foreign. Watched were also factors such as distance from the customer, the type, form of payment obligations, the name most often reimbursed for liabilities.
Then customers were divided into three groups according to ABC method. The latest analysis of the data used by the company kept records for 2009. After this division to be identified in different groups of the above factors, which marked the group of customers.
The analysis was also forecast sales revenues from sales of own products and total revenues for the years 2007, 2008, 2009.
