Abstract

This bachelor thesis is aimed at comparison of the quality of services provided by cafes and confectioner’s shops in Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part deals with the concept of marketing services and services in tourism. The practical part is focused on a questionnaire survey of these facilities and getting acquainted with the town. The aim of the thesis was to find out the quality of services provided by cafes and confectioner’s shops in the town which was carried out by the questionnaire survey. The survey addressed questions such as: attendance, occupancy, professionalism of the staff, waiting time for an order, and sought-after assortment.
