Abstract
The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the marketing communication design of the newly established company for experiences. The name of this firm is iOPAVSKO.cz. This thesis is divided into several parts. Firstly I focused on characteristics of iOPAVSKO.cz and the market with experiences. Then there is a theoretic part where is the services marketing and marketing comunication described. In the practical section I have done a marketing research to identify optimal composition of marketing communication for this company. Outcome of the thesis are recommendations regarding of initiation activities of iOPAVSKO.cz, including concrete proposals of marketing communication.
