Abstract

The thesis aims at elaboration of the systematic approach for broader understanding of external emergency plan of propan-butan filling station and at the comparative analysis of the general structure of the external emergency plans and external emergency plan of propan-butan filling station. It is describing the individual components, elements and chapters of the external emergency plan of the propan-butan filling station and also the reasons behind the formation of the external emergency plan in line with the legal norm no.59/2006 Sb. (on the prevention of fatal accidents caused by the selected dangerous chemical substances).
