Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the configuration of control system by the technique Hardware in the Loop. The method Hardware in the Loop is explained and the functions of the servo drives are also described in the introduction. The introduction of creating the mathematical models of electro-hydraulic servo drives follows. Various industrial applications of electro-hydraulic positional servo drives are described further. The design of control algorithm is done for these applications including the parameter setting of control system HNC100. By means of simulation HiL the set parameters accuracy of control system is tested, the parameters are consequently tuned. The conclusion of the thesis describes the advantages of HiL simulation usage and its possible use in the technical practice.
