Zavádění robotizace v podnicích a její důsledky

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of the benefits and risks of robotization in enterprises, with particular attention to the risk of job losses. The thesis also explains terms such as robotization, robot and robotics and presents the evolution of robotization, the relationship between robotization and law, and the level of robotization. In the practical part of the thesis, a questionnaire survey entitled "Robot colleague or competitor" is analysed, in which a total of 224 (future) employees who are residents of the Czech Republic participated. The questionnaire determines the perceived benefits and risks of robotization in companies and the attitude of (future) employees towards robotization. The research shows that although a number of benefits and risks are perceived, the benefits outweigh the risks, and even the respondents' attitudes towards robotization are mostly positive. Additionally, part of the research also reveals factors that appear to have a significant influence on the attitudes of (future) employees.
