The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of safety culture in manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part explains the concepts of safety culture and safety climate, deals with different views on safety culture and discusses the process and methods of evaluation. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of safety culture in manufacturing companies through the Safety Culture Awards 2022/2023 and analyses the results of the evaluation. The conclusion of the thesis compares the results of the safety culture assessment with the results obtained in the Safety Culture Award 2016/2017.
