Návrh, realizace a ověření senzorů pro měření koncentrace glukózy

Abstract

The main objective of the diploma thesis was to design, implement and subsequently verify a flow cell and biosensors with different electrode layouts. Firstly, the design of the flow cell was implemented, which needed to be slightly modified. Next, a total of three sensors with different electrode layouts were designed, with the variant showing the greatest potential in terms of glucose detection being further optimised. Glucose detection was performed using chronoamperometric measurement, whereby the change in electric current was measured as the glucose concentration changed from a state simulating hypoglycaemia to high hyperglycaemia. Optimized sensors are statistically analyzed. At the end of the work, steps were then proposed that could lead to even better results.
