Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on the definition and classification of employee benefits, their provision by the employer and by the employee use and examines the tax and accounting aspects of selected employee benefits. The aim of the master thesis is to create a project of the employee benefits system transformation in Správa železniční a dopravní cesty.
