Abstract
The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to create business plan for the new company, which can help their potenciál founder show, whether is for her with available capital feasible opening and prospering running of company. Necessary analyses are performed in the analytical part. In next part is own business plan of a new company Agamashop, s.r.o. In conclusion are summary discovered results, which it was find in business plan.
