Problémové aspekty údržby zeleně ve městě s ohledem na požadavky legislativy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of occupational safety in the maintenance of public greenery in urban environments. It identifies work-related risks associated with these activities and evaluates their impact on workers’ health. The thesis includes an assessment and proposal of work procedures using mechanized and technical equipment commonly employed in green maintenance, which may contribute to the elimination or at least reduction of occupational inju-ries. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate problematic aspects of green area mainte-nance in the city in accordance with current legislative requirements, to propose measures for their mitigation, and thereby contribute to a higher level of safety in urban green care. The thesis also proposes possible legislative amendments that would better reflect the safety requirements of this type of work.
