Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is to analysis optimality the financial management of the Civil Association Moravian – Silesian Sinfonietta in comparison with the financial management civil associations with the same activities. The content of the thesis is divided into three basic units. The first part deals with legal, accounting and tax issues of the civil association. Some attention is also paid to the possibilities of financing the civil association. The second part of this diploma thesis includes analysis of the individual activities of the Moravian-Silesian Sinfonietta. The third part deals with financial management analysis of the Moravian-Silesian Sinfonietta. Given the complexity of this issue contains the first part of the economic analysis of civil associations with the same activities. The economic analysis of civil association groups with the same activities, followed by the analysis and design of optimal financial management solution Moravian Silesian Sinfonietta. This diploma thesis does not address the issue of a theoretical interpretation of civil associations and financial management of the Moravian-Silesian Sinfonietta, but notes and presents solutions to common problems of civil associations. The diploma thesis is prepared under the law of 31th Jaunary 2012.
