Abstract

This diploma thesis, ‘Kindergarten in the passive standard’ solves design of the building to meet the principles of passive construction mainly in terms of construction design and thermal technology. It is a two-storey building with a flat roof, designed on a square floor plan. Non-traditional and classic materials were chosen with an emphasis on respect for the environment and human health. The work includes a comprehensive technical report, construction part with detailed documentation, calculation and assessment of thermo-technical properties of an object, design of heating systems and forced ventilation and daylighting assessment.
