Abstract

In my thesis I dealt with the issue of disciplinary actions in the area of air pollution. Since my work is focused on the Moravian-Silesian Region, I have attempted to characterize the main sources of pollution in this area.

In the second chapter, I have discussed the process of disciplinary actions. I presented a general description of the various stages, and in the practical part, I described the process of clarifying the origins of violations. Violations by small sources of pollution were mainly discussed. Significant part of my second chapter is devoted to the description of the Ringelmann Scale as I find it very important in terms of violation detection.

The third chapter contains a general description of sanctions and the forms they can take. I mention the short form of block proceedings or order, which is a frequent form of punishment as it can be used immediately.

The aim of my work has been to list major sources of pollution and specify the process of disciplinary actions. The practical part describes the Ringelmann Scale, and the end deals with sanctions, including their short form.
